My power meter will not pair to a cycling computer

Symptom Description: The Power meter will turn on, but will not wirelessly connect (pair) to a cycling computer

Cause:  The power meter is not broadcasting a wireless signal properly. This can be the result of a battery with low voltage, a poor battery connection, an issue the power meter's antenna, or a malfunctioning cycling computer.

Troubleshooting

DZero / DFour DFour91 / DZero for Specialized / Eagle MTBPerform the below sections of the troubleshooting guide

  • Pages 7 & 8: DZero and Legacy Power Meter Battery Compartment Service 
  • Pages 9 & 10: Power Meter Reboot 

Following the troubleshooting, attempt to pair the power meter to a cycling computer or Qalvin BLE. 

If the power meter will still not pair, please contact Quarq Customer Service
